City Vibes - Valletta

This small yet cool Valletta property, had all the right ingredients for a stylish conversion. The owners first saw to stripping the beams and restoring them, whilst also working on the original timber of the front door and the typical Maltese balcony which we decided were to be in classic red.

The style direction reflected the warm, sunny, copper tones of Tuscany – the introduction of retro style patterned wall tiles, was a retro addition that then led to the delightful additions in the open plan space, such as a classic 50s style fridge as well as some other quirky additions. We opted for a simple cream kitchen, a cream round table, brass accents, wicker and rattan texture through rug and baskets as well as a rustic open style dresser.

Whilst we kept the bedrooms simple, we added a touch of chic damask to each feature wall, and let the soft tones and warm stone do the rest. The bathroom was very Italian county style, with a deep square basin, motif tiles and neatly folded white towels and linen on display, Overall a chic and inviting space for a Valletta escape.
